Capacity inside the full progression loop
Dungeon stages supply ore, your bag decides how much reaches the hub, and the Forge consumes it. Extra space matters when those new slots regularly arrive home with useful material inside them.
It also changes retreat timing. A player with free capacity can continue after a safe wave; a player at the limit should protect the completed haul and return. Do not use extra space as a reason to push a dangerous stage. The upgrade extends productive runs, not reckless ones.
